Eligibility for Returns:

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon delivery: If your container arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
  • Wrong product delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
  • Return of eligible products in original condition: For products returned in their original condition (unused and undamaged), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
