  • Order Placement and Confirmation: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Please review the information carefully and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
  • Processing Time: Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. During this period, we verify product availability and prepare your order for shipment. Custom or modified container orders may take longer, and estimated processing times will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery Requirements: For successful delivery, the recipient or an authorized representative must be present to sign for the shipment and inspect the container for any visible damage.
  • Unloading Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate unloading equipment (e.g., cranes or forklifts) for the delivery of containers unless otherwise agreed upon with LMD Logistics B.V. Please ensure the delivery site is accessible for large vehicles and unloading machinery.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the container for any visible damage or defects. If you notice any issues, notify the delivery personnel immediately and document the condition of the container with photos. Report any issues to LMD Logistics B.V. within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
  • Acceptance of Products: If no issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery, the products will be considered accepted as is, and any subsequent claims related to visible damage or missing items may not be honored.
  • Customization Requests: All customization requests must be clearly stated at the time of order placement. Additional charges and extended delivery times may apply based on the complexity of the customization.
  • Approval of Modifications: Once customization or modification work begins, changes to the order cannot be made unless approved by LMD Logistics B.V. Any costs associated with such changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Warranty Coverage: Please refer to our Warranty and Guarantee Policy for detailed information on the coverage and conditions of our warranties.
  • Returns and Exchanges: All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Custom or modified containers are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Safe Handling and Usage: Shipping containers should be handled with caution, and appropriate safety equipment should be used when loading, unloading, or modifying the container.
  • Regular Maintenance: Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the longevity and structural integrity of your container. This includes inspecting for rust, cleaning the exterior and interior, and checking the functionality of doors and locks.

  • Export and Import Restrictions: For international orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and adhere to all import/export regulations, including customs duties, taxes, and documentation requirements.
